Dr. Colette Boston, Principal
Dr. Colette Boston earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a teaching credential from California State University, Long Beach. She earned a master’s degree in Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Dr. Boston has worked in LAUSD as an elementary teacher, Literacy Coach, Title I and EL Coordinator, TSP Advisor, and an Assistant Principal.
Mr. Luckett, APEIS
Mr. Luckett earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Southern Illinois University , a master's degree in business administration from the Pepperdine University School of Business and a master's degree in education and teacher credential from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Mr. Luckett has a long work history. He is a former Marine and a retired business executive from the Atlantic Richfield Company. Mr. Luckett worked in LAUSD as an elementary and a middle school teacher. He has served as an administrator at LAUSD for 20 years. He currently holds the position as Assistant Principal Elementary Instructional Specialist at Paseo del Rey Elementary. Mr. Luckett is a member of the Council Of Black Administrator (COBA), as a member of COBA he served on the executive board and the Superintendent of the Saturday Success Academy.
Mrs. Diaz, Magnet Coordinator
Mrs. Diaz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy from Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL. She earned a Master's Degree in School Counseling and a minor in Mental Health Therapy from Florida International University, Miami, FL. She has been teaching for 20 years and was voted Teacher of the Year by her peers in 2017-2018. She is excited to join the Paseo family this year.
